Vocal Rescue

Vocal Rescue a time tested blend of more than 10 different herbs has been called, by some voice professionals a “must have vocal health product”. It has helped many voice professionals from an embarrassing situation when they found that their voice was not up to full function and the performance was a short time away. Vocal Rescue is an easy to use gargle that helps to coat and restore the throat and vocal cords due to excessive use, tiredness, and/or sore throat due to colds, laryngitis and tonsillitis. Its can be very effective when used for throat and vocal repair.

This concentrated blend of restorative and invigorating herbs helps to coat the vocal cords and throat promoting healing and may begin working immediately.

Vocal Rescue has been used by Broadway Singers, Opera Singers and Professional Speakers while on the road to help keep the voice in top form. One singer had laryngitis 3 days before a performance. She gargled 3 times a day with Vocal Rescue and it helped her tremendously, along with vocal rest, to go on and sing. Her performance was beautiful with her voice in great shape.

Vocal Rescue is especially effective when used as a gargle in the middle of a show or presentation to aid in helping restore and invigorate the voice. Additionally, it is an excellent practice to use just before going to bed after a performance. This is especially true if you know that you will be a performing or presenting during the next day or two. This way Vocal Rescue can sit on the cords and in the throat for while you sleep helping to promote restoration and healing to the entire vocal mechanism.

Vocal Rescue should never be used as a replacement for proper vocal technique and coaching. Excessive yelling, screaming, and abuse of the voice should be avoided at all costs. PROPERTIES:
Anti-viral, Anti-spasmodic, Expectorant, Detoxifier

USAGE:
Drop 20-25 drops into 2 ounces of warm water.
Make sure the water is not to hot so it does not burn the throat.
Gargle three times or until mixture is gone - Do not swallow.

For excessively tired throat and voice, gargle three times a day in the above mentioned fashion. Morning, Midday and just before going to bed.

One of the many reasons that Vocal Rescue works so successfully is the primary ingredient - Turmeric. Turmeric is known to most people as a powdered spice used in India and sprinkled onto various dishes.

Superior Vocal Health uses Turmeric extract as the primary herb to promote healing and a reduction in inflammation in Vocal Rescue. The most exciting benefit of turmeric is its potential for containing anti-inflammatory properties found in its most active ingredient Curcumin. This is the primary reason we use it in Vocal Rescue. Some of the medicinal properties of Turmeric cited in Ayurvedic medicine include its natural antiseptic quality aiding it to help clean out the vocal tract and throat. Ayurvedic practitioners also have been known to describe it as a natural liver detoxifier.**

Vocal Rescue also contains a very small amount of Arnica Oil. Arnica Oil is most commonly used for external bruising and swelling, helping sore muscles to relax and release stress. This extremely small amount of highly powerful Arnica Oil helps to aid in restoring and soothing the tired and over used muscles in your throat bringing them back to life.

Vocal Rescue also contains ginger and honey. These two time-honored agents have been used for centuries in Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine to help promote healing and possible cure sore throats and over-used voices.

Ginger works by helping to promote blood flow back into the vocal folds, thus helping to aid the cords to heal quicker and reduce swelling, greatly helping sore or strained throat muscles. Ginger also has the potential to bring heat to the body as well as stimulate the salivary glands.

Honey is well known for promoting healing of the throat and has been used for centuries on its own as a throat mender. When combined, Honey and Ginger may create a powerful healing combination. The mixture of the two may makes an excellent expectorant providing relief for a sore or over-used throat and voice. In addition both Ginger and Honey may have antioxidant properties thereby increasing the immunity of the body. Another key ingredient in Vocal Rescue is Sage.
